Get in Touch

This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, pull a booking record, correct an official file, or give legal advice. Contact the office that owns the record.

Allen County Jail Contacts

Start with the Allen County Sheriff's Office for present jail custody and jail-record routing. The sheriff has not published a dedicated booking-photo custodian or photo fee. Call the front office, describe the exact record, and ask where a written request should go. The sheriff FAQ routes normal Kansas Open Records Act requests through the County Clerk. The posted $5 accident-report charge does not establish a fee for a booking photograph.

Choose the Right Office

The correct contact depends on whether the question concerns custody, a city police report, a filed case, or a later corrections record.

  • For a county booking record or photograph, begin with the Allen County records and jail route, then confirm submission details with the sheriff.
  • For filed charges, hearings, and disposition, contact Allen County District Court, 1 N. Washington Avenue, Room B, Iola, KS 66749, at 620-365-1425.
  • For an Iola Police report, contact 2 W. Jackson Avenue, P.O. Box 391, Iola, KS 66749, at 620-365-4960.
  • For a Humboldt Police record, contact 725 Bridge Street, P.O. Box 228, Humboldt, KS 66748, at 620-473-3232.
  • For La Harpe material, start with the city's report-request form or City Hall because current police staffing details are not published.
  • For a state-sentenced person, use the Kansas Department of Corrections offender search. Federal and immigration custody require the BOP or ICE locator.
